Emily brings a wealth of experience from leading roles in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, as a Customer Experience Lead at Patagonia, Inc., Emily excelled in enhancing customer satisfaction and managing a team across multiple communication channels. Their role involved not only high-volume customer interactions but also spearheading internal training programs and contributing to DEI initiatives.

Prior to Patagonia, Emily founded and directed Harvest NV, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste and addressing food insecurity in the Reno area. This role demonstrated Emily’s ability to build and manage community relationships, organize large-scale events, and drive strategic fundraising efforts.

Emily has also held key positions in accounting and administration, including roles at The Park Showroom and Pestmaster Services, where they honed skills in data entry, reconciliation, and CRM system management. Their experience is further enriched by a robust background in customer service and business management, evidenced by successful tenures at companies such as Good Life Inc., First Call Resolution, and West Coast Water Features.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashworth College and an Associate of Applied Science from Rogue Community College. They have furthered their expertise with specialized training in nonprofit management and are a certified BLS Instructor through the American Heart Association.
